Sprint Enduro Challenge : Captured Pixels

November 11th, 2013 Photo Shoot woodybepierced 0 Comments

This past Saturday, the Barnwell Mountain Dirt Riders held a new format event they called the Sprint Enduro Challenge. I wasn’t able to ride the event, since I was taking pictures and capturing video, but even from behind the lens I had a fantastic time watching the riders attack the course. (more…)

A KTM & Sherco Demo Day Adventure

October 28th, 2013 Journals de la Seat Time, Photo Shoot woodybepierced 1 Comment

One of the perks of attending the Cross Timbers National Enduro in Oklahoma City on October 19th-20th was the KTM and Sherco demos that were available to test ride for several hours on Saturday. KTM displayed their entire 2014 XC-W lineup. Clay Stuckey, the GasGas and Sherco distributor, brought the current 2013 Shercos, the 2014 pre-production 250 SE-R, as well as the current GasGas models, which offered a great opportunity for learning more about these European bikes. Though you are not looking at a new 2014 450SX, this is a new 2013 450SX that Matt Crouch has been putting together to race at the Tennessee Knock Out (TKO) this coming weekend and when the Endurocross Series picks back up in Ontario on September 21st. Crouch unfortunately tweaked his knee recently and will not be racing at the TKO, but plans to keep it iced and cheer on his fellow racers this weekend in Tennessee. (more…)

GALLERY : TCCRA Round 1 : Archer City

March 7th, 2013 Photo Shoot woodybepierced 0 Comments

The start of the 2013 TCCRA season kicked off this past weekend in Archer City, TX. Yes, that is in the middle of nowhere and yes, the conditions were strange. 98% of the course was a dust bowl, only the ‘Pin It To Win It’ attitudes were coming away with a win. The other 2% of the course that wasn’t dusty was due to some interesting creek crossing that were, for a lack of better word, muddy. Riders would splash through the creek, get a little wet and drag some water onto the blue grooved course. The water on their gear would give the dust something to stick to and give the appearance that there was anything but small particles of dirt covering everything within a 100 mile radius. The water that was drug onto the track made the blue groove turns quite slippery. The pictures show a ton of dust to contend with, but the course was interesting to say the least. (more…)

Product Review : USWE 85oz Hydration Pack

January 23rd, 2013 Photo Shoot, Reviews woodybepierced 0 Comments

It’s probably no secret that I have had a “bromance” with Kurt Caselli for quite some time. While surfing the Internet for various videos and pictures of “The Man”, two questions have constantly haunted me: “Why is Kurt Caselli so awesome?” and “What is that red hose sticking out of his helmet?”. The answer to the first question still eludes me, but luckily after my recent trip to the ISDE in Germany I found an answer to the second question. (more…)

In all its glory, the David Knight Manx Coin

November 27th, 2012 Photo Shoot woodybepierced 1 Comment

David Knight, four times World Enduro Champion and two times GNCC Champion, has a list of accomplishments that certainly should be honored (honoured if you’re in Europe). He will hold records within the Offroad Community well past his time on earth. But outside of the Offroad Community, there are only a few people who would know who David Knight is and what he has accomplished throughout his life. Unless you are from the Isle of Man and keep David Knight in a special place in your life, your pocket. (more…)

Marty Ishmael comes from a Texas family of lifelong dirt bike racers. His son, Cameron, is the 2011 TCCRA Champion and the defending TORO Champion. They know a thing or two about riding dirt bikes and what it takes to have their bikes performing at the highest levels. So when they decided to take on a KX500AF project, there was no doubt they could do it right and make it look good. (more…)

2012 Red Bull ISDE Photos : Euro Hotties

October 3rd, 2012 Photo Shoot woodybepierced 0 Comments

When you travel to a different country, there are a lot of new things to take in. The culture can be a dramatic shift, the language may be a struggle and you may have to adapt to a totally new routine. One thing that I typically find though when traveling is that you can find attractive women everywhere. But since these women are not influenced by American culture, they have a different look and feel to their beauty. This gallery may not be for everyone, but know it’s main intention is to showcase some of the more attractive women seen while at the Red Bull SIX DAYS. You may even notice a certain wife of one of the American Club Team riders!
