Excited for the future of Off-Road? If you aren’t, then you should be. Joe Miller and Jamey Kabisch, with the help of Chuck Weir from the American Motorcycle Association, have put together a new Amateur National Off-Road Championship that will help grow the sport of amatuer off-road racing. This event will take place at Montana’s Big Sky Resort August 24th – 25th. Youth on their 50’s up to Veterans of the sport will have the chance to battle for a National #1 plate in the sport of Off-Road.
Talking with Joe and Jamey remind me why I started doing this show, for the love of the sport. There isn’t a lot of money to be made, but it isn’t about the money. It is about the friends, the families and the memories that we will have as bench racing ammo at the next campfire. This event could be the start of something very big for our little community, and I hope you all can see that.
I thank these guys for their time, their knowledge and their love of the sport. I look forward to this August when we can sit back down again and bench racing through all the results from the weekend of crowning Amateur National Off-Road Champions! Enjoy a Pint Full of Awesome and we’ll see you next week!
