July 22nd, 2014: Our host, Brian Pierce, just got back from a weekend of Rally testing in the Nevada desert. He was out testing with racers Ian Blythe and Scott Bright and Rally Management Services owner Dave Peckham. It was a challenge and a completely new adventure.

Pierce excited to get another day of Rally training underway

Ian Blythe has had an interesting year. He was all set to contend the GNCC XC2 class and the National Enduro Series when he broke and displaced his glenoid in February while testing. He’s healed up now and back on the bike, just not the bike we thought it would be. He’s learning how to navigate for Rally racing and has some big plans. He also plans to be back under the KR4 tent at a few GNCC’s before the end of the year.

Charles Marchant is an offroad mechanic to the stars, specifically KTM’s star Charlie Mullins. He’s an MMI graduate, past Texas resident and wrenched for Wil Hahn at Star Yamaha. He has a wealth of knowledge that we hope to share with our viewers. Make sure you join us in the chat room if you have any specific questions for Charles.
