Before I drove across the country to race the Sumter National Enduro, I had to get the Adventure Moto GasGas EX350F dialed in. The parts I added to the four stroke in the earlier video were protection parts. In this video and article we’re going to talk through installing the BikeGraphix Seat Time Kit, adding the SKF Mud Scrapers from Innteck, set in place the Nuetech Rim Tape, and then swap out my mousse balls into the new Dunlop MX34 tires.
BikeGraphix Install
The custom motorcycle graphics from BikeGraphix make the look of the Seat Time GasGas really come together. This kit is inspired by my love of the movie RAD and the RAD Racing look from the movie. The graphics were easy to install, just time consuming.
BikeGraphix talks a lot about their graphics being easy to peel up and start again in case of screw ups. I put this to the test by starting, peeling, adjusting, and laying them down again. I didn’t have any issues with them tearing or moving them in this manner.
I did use a heat gun and a squeegee to help manipulate the graphics into tight spots, or for better alignment. I kept the heat gun on low and tried to go slow. I feel too much heat too quickly could ruin any dirt bike graphics.

Overall the BikeGraphix install was a smooth process. Installing Dirt bike graphics is just time consuming.
SKF Mud Scrapers from Innteck
The SKF Mud Scrapers came to me from Innteck. Innteck is also the suppliers of the Mr. Wolf Mousse Balls that I run. I had SKF oil and dust seals on the Sherco, along with the mud scraper kit. I rarely had leaking fork seals due to this setup.
There are plenty of proper ways to remove the WP fork sliders that come stock on the forks. I used the oscillating tool because the internet commenters love a good improper tool video. To remove the stock fork sliders, you can heat up a razor blade and press it in, heat them up with a heat gun, or the “two screwdriver method”. The comments are littered with options. ENJOY!
Nuetech Rim Tape
Before the tires and mousse balls were installed, I had to prepare the dirt bike rims with some Neutech Rim Tape. Since my wheels were still relatively new, they weren’t very dirty. You will want to prepare the rims before installing the rim tape. I blew out the nipple/rim crevices with an air compressor and then rubbed the rim well down with rubbing alcohol.
Neutech makes two different rolls, front and rear, which allow for three rotations around the inside of the rim. You’ll want to make one pass down the middle, and then a pass on each side of the rim well. Try not to go over onto the flat spot though, as you’re likely to catch the tape with a tire spoon when changing tires.

Mousse Balls and Dunlop MX34
The tires I choose for the EX350F are the Dunlop MX34 front and rear. The MX34 front treated me really well last year, so I decided to go with the MX34 front and rear. The jury is still out on if I like the MX34 rear tire over the Michelin Starcross 6 Med/Soft rear tire from last year. The Mousse Balls I installed came from the Sherco because they didn’t have many miles on them. It was quite the process getting them out of the other tires and installed on the new wheels from the GasGas.
I use a Rabaconda for bib mousse and tire mounting. I will admit it’s a process, and you have to figure out how it works best for you. Sometimes I’ll have new mousse balls and a new tire and it seems to pop right on. Other times it turns into a comedy of errors and I’m struggling to get the tire mounted.

What’s Next
Now that we’re a few months past the Sumter Enduro, the 350F has continued to evolve. Make sure you check out the dirt bike coaching content and other part progression videos. We’re all learning together, making more well rounded dirt bike riders and racers.
On the racing front, I just raced the White Rock Enduro (video coming next) and we’re heading into the Cajun Classic National Enduro weekend (video coming after White Rock). Ginger and I are getting more time together, and we’re growing as a team. Make sure you subscribe to stay up to date with the Seat Time Shenanigans.
