We’ve been gathering a lot of new equipment to play around with this year. One of those pieces of equipment is the Astro, a motion time-lapse controller for smaller to medium sized cameras. We used it while rebuilding Papa Pierce’s KTM 990 Adventure.

We kept it simple for this first test. every time-lapse was set for 15 mins, somewhere between 20 degrees and 45 degrees. With what we were doing, the less degree movement seemed to be better. We’ll keep playing around with it and see what we come up with.

We took the raw images off the SD Card and edited them in Lightroom. From there we placed in Final Cut Pro 7 and exported our 1080 final video.
