Though there is not much racing going on, there are a lot of Teams being announced and rumors getting started.We just learned today that Josh Strang has left KTM/RPM/Maxxis and will contest the GNCC Series in full next year with current sponsors, but no brand bike has been reported. The Endurocross Final was in Vegas this past weekend and Mr. Elliot was lucky enough to head south from Montana with some friends to attend the Finale. Episode 63 : Technology, User Error
This was suppose to be Jason Hooper’s virgin debut on Seat Time LIVE. Even though I did get it working, it took some real brain busting. Apparently my wife had moved my computer at some point and in doing so unplugged my USB hub, which powers my cameras and microphones. It took me 45 minutes of restarting different applications to then realize the male end of the mini-usb cable was staring me in the face, pretty much laughing at me for being an idiot. The whole time I was trying to blame technology for screwing up my live feed, but the reality of it is that it was user error and I can not blame my wife. Hopefully the banter between Hoop and myself is worth the wait! (more…)
Seat Time’s Purveyor of Awesome to Host GNCC Loretta Lynn’s Live Webcast
Brian Pierce will team up with Jeremy Saylor this weekend at the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series Loretta Lynn’s Event in Hurricane Mills, TN. Brian is the host of Seat Time, a videocast that covers Offroad Racing and has been pushing the limits of motorcycle news consumption on digital devices. His bright personality will bring a different dynamic to the Live webcast and hopefully his involvement will stem some great responses. Jeremy will be producing the show, keeping the feed up and attributing one liners and insight throughout the event.
The webcast will be available on the GNCC website and the Seat Time website (links below). Be on the look out for a chat room link to pop up, so you can interact with our hosts as they bench race you through the final round of the GNCC Series.

I read an article yesterday by Wiley Watson on Vurboffroad.com. It really got me thinking that this editorial was well written, but it was written from the wrong perspective. So I decided to write a rebuttal. In doing so, I had well over 500 words and an editorial of my own. Cecil and Woody : TCCRA Buffalo Creek
This was shot using our GoPro’s at the TCCRA Buffalo Creek race during practice on May 19th. Cecil strapped on his helmet mounted camera and I dawned the ‘chesty’. I really like just saying that word, ‘chesty’. There hasn’t been much moisture around in Texas recently, so these were some dusty conditions. And as is what typically happens, the conditions just got worse throughout the day. (more…)
